Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 is a UBL invoice profile plus a set of business rules used across Europe, especially where Peppol is the transport network. Belgium and the Netherlands are common examples.

EInvoiceFile generates and validates that XML, including endpoint identifiers. It is not a Peppol Access Point and does not deliver documents onto the Peppol network. Hand the validated UBL to the access point you already use.
